This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, as it is situated in a peaceful area on the outskirts of the downtown, but still quite close to the center of Udon. You can easily explore the town center on foot, which is very convenient.

Everything was just fine.

Now the Hotel is under construction, I mean, on the way to grand opening. I would like to stay again after completion.

Staff are not trained much.

The helpfulness of the reception staff was exemplary, always willing to help. All the staff were always willing to be of assistance where and when required. This Hotel is obviously in its infancy stages so all are in a learning curve. I would recommend this hotel to anybody should they be visiting Udonthani. This is the best value for money Hotel i have visited in a long time.

There is not anything i did not like about this hotel. Yes there are areas for improvement---perhaps a larger dining area enabling the staff more room to work. The walk to the breakfast area can be a little wet if there has been a heavy downpour so perhaps this could be swept away before customers arrive for their food. But this is just my thoughts.......No complaints about this hotel whatsoever.

The basic amenities in the rooms, such as the bathtub and sofa, add an extra touch of comfort and convenience. The breakfast selection is also a highlight, with plenty of options to choose from to start the day off right.

Wifi can be improved for a better online experience.

The staff were just amazingly helpful at all times. The room was a bit cramped and no bath only shower. But breakfast was very nice. Swimming pool was great. Bed was very comfortable. Short walk to shops was great. Staff and all staff at that was exceptional. Thank you all for a wonderful stay and I will be back next year.

As I said before only the size of our room was a bit small especially the bathroom.

Quiet area, friendly staff, short walk to bus station and shoping centers. The hotel is under refurbishement, and looks totaly new in ground floor.

Great value, clean hotel, friendly staff. Lovely, clean room with comfortable beds and good pillows. Breakfast was great. Pool area was clean and enjoyable. Near main shopping mall, with a nice piano bar at night.

The hotel is new, so is very clean and everything is new

The hotel still new and not 100% completed, I was given a standard room at the 4th Floor and told the lift is out of order. After arguing, I was offered to stay at Junior suite at no extra charges but with a double bed. I think I would rather stay somewhere if known that it is still not complete.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They responded to every request quickly, with a smile. The hotel is basically new, having had a complete renovation (which isn't even quite finished). Everything was new and spotless. The restaurant served excellent Thai food. The pool was beautiful. Having stayed in most of the hotels in Udon Thani, I think this one is the best one I've found, and very reasonably priced.

Not a complaint, although I would have liked some non-Thai food on the menu, but that's because I'm not Thai...

This hotel is a hidden gem in a peaceful area just a short walk from the town center. The rooms are comfortable, with old pictures and even a balcony. The beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Plus, the breakfast included offers a good selection of delicious choices.

No major issues, everything was just fine.

The staff were excellent , and so helpful and friendly, it really made up for some other teething problems

Some of facilities didnt work too well , wi fi seemed a problem and the hot water took a long time to warm up

All aspects of this hotel were okay and met expectations.

Clean & friendly, management extremely attentive and helpful.The hotel is brand new, workers can be seen busy to put final touches here and there. Hotel is only 5 mins away walking distance from the shopping cbd areas and the night market is just round the corner. No complain and certainly look forward to stay at the hotel in the near future. Strongly recommended for any travellers visiting the city.

The hotel management should provide some up to date road map for the city from the tourism board for visiting guests.
